ENDVR Active Community believes Guided Workouts are the future of fitness. Community driven, guided group workouts where individual needs and goals are acknowledged at an affordable cost. You don’t have to be a fitness expert to train like a fitness expert. From novice to advanced our Guided Workouts will change the way you think about fitness training.
During the workout, you will work closely with the lead trainer to progress through the designated workout of the day at your own pace. The lead trainer will be there to guide you through the workout and make any necessary modifications based on any injuries, restrictions or imbalances you may have. Specialty trainers will occasionally drop into the workouts to give you additional expert input. You will also work with your fellow members to provide each other support and motivation in a family-like environment. You will provide your input and feedback to help the Lead Trainer create a more efficient and effective workout based on your individual needs and goals thusly, creating a symbiotic relationship between you, your fellow members and ENDVR Active Community.
Programs will change throughout the year to keep your workouts fresh and effective. We will work with you to help you learn how to use each class to fit your specific needs.

All of our classes are led by highly trained and experienced coaches. Classes are approximately 60 minutes in duration and follow a planned progression with the following basic structure:
A certified Strength and Conditioning coach will guide you through a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise and correct any movements performed during the workout.
